1. Services:

Dance Mania Music Consultancy provides music training and consultancy services. 

All services are subject to availability and are provided at our discretion.

2. User Registration:

To access certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities 

that occur under your account.

 

3. Service Use and Expiry:

All purchased services must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. 

Unused sessions after this period will

expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

Lesson cancellations must be made at least three (3) hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than three hours prior will be treated as completed lessons 

and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Refund Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchased services under any circumstances.

 

6. Payment:

All payments must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms in 

effect at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

 

7. User Conduct:

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not 

infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the services.

8. Data Collection and Use:

We collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of 

communication and providing information about our services. 

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and trademarks on our Website and in our services 

are the property of Dance Mania Music Consultancy

or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

10. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dance Mania Music Consultancy shall 

not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential 

damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

 

11. Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 

immediately upon posting on the Website. 

Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

12. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 

the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
